Cancellation Policy

MTS has a Zero Tolerance Policy: Only one tax filler per appointment. Any additional fillers need their own appointment. Any missed documents or information, such as 1095-A (Covered CA or ACA), 1098-T (College/Vocational Tax Documents), IPPIN, 1098 Annual Mortgage Tax Statement, 1099's (1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-G, 1099-R, etc.) will incur additional fees due to the additional time to process a tax return. Continuously missing documents year-after-year can risk the ability to book future appointments. Any missed appointments can incur additional fees to reschedule or limit the ability to book future appointments. Any violation of the above policies can risk the ability to book future appointments with MTS.
